Root to Rise was created to bridge the gap between the six-week “you’re cleared” visit at your OB’s office and the reality of returning to movement, exercise, and life in your own body.

We know that being handed a green light doesn’t mean you feel ready. And we know the at-home “homework” from pelvic floor PT often goes undone; not because you don’t care, but because one visit a week (or even a month, depending on what you can afford) isn’t enough to create lasting change. True strength and reconnection come from repetition throughout the week, and that’s where Root to Rise comes in.

Here, we rebuild the foundation together // with community, accountability, and support. We reconnect mind, core, and pelvic floor, strengthen the pathways between breath and body, and guide you safely back into the routines you love, or help you step into a brand-new journey with confidence.

This is where the true work happens: the work that restores your body, rewires your mindset, and sets you up for long-term strength, healing, and growth.

About the programs

  • Foundations First

    For the brand new or long-paused mama

    This gentle yet empowering program is designed for moms who are new to fitness or returning after a long break. We focus on reconnecting with your body, rebuilding from the inside out, and establishing sustainable movement habits rooted in strength, breath, and presence.

    Emphasis: Core + pelvic floor reconnection, breathwork, body awareness, and safe movement habits.

  • Restore & Rebuild

    For the previously active mama easing back in

    Created for moms who were active before baby and are ready to return-slowly and intentionally. This program supports your healing with functional banded strength work, breath-centered movement, and continued core and pelvic floor integration.

    Emphasis: Restoring functional strength with bands, breathwork, mobility, and aligned core support-no weights needed.

Schedule & Location

all classes are hosted in-person, with pre-walking tiny humans welcome to join us :) there is also childcare available for an additional fee with an advanced reservation

your monthly subscription ($150/mo) grants you unlimited access to all four of our classes per week // classes run in a 6-week progressive, rolling admission program and you are welcome to bounce between the two programs as you feel called to from week to week honoring how you feel showing up to move that day
